Title 26 - Internal Revenue Code, Section 44, provides for reimbursement in the form of a tax credit to qualifying small businesses for costs associated with enabling disabled access. This access includes cost of services for the hearing impaired such as captioning. After the first $250, 50% of expenditures up to $10,250 will be reimbursed. See the tax code for details.
